Car Park Capital

You've been hired by Big Auto. The brief is simple: pave the neighbourhood, park the cars, and talk everyone into needing both.

Car Park Capital is a satirical real-time tycoon from Hilkojj Interactive, published by MicroProse. You buy land, demolish homes, and lay down parking — flat seas of asphalt or stacked decks with the 3D construction tools. Then you keep the numbers climbing: car sales, oil, fees, and a city that no longer walks.

Early Access is dated 9 October 2026 on Steam. Until the build is in players' hands, this site sticks to what the store page and the developer's own news actually say.

What you are actually managing

• Lots. Buy plots, flatten houses, paint stalls. Build out, or build up.
• Minds. Read anyone's thoughts. Are they "carbrain" yet, or angry about fees and oil drills?
• Propaganda. Statues, billboards, megaphones. Keep reminding people this is freedom.
• Pushback. Anti-petrol protesters can wreck your reputation. Riot-police trucks exist for a reason.
• Oil. Pumpjack → refinery → gas station. A full tank is a full heart — that's the developer's line, not ours.
• Rivals. Trains and walkable streets still work until you out-convenience them with carousels, cheap gas, and drive-thrus.

First hour, once it unlocks

1. Confirm the Steam unlock and the actual store price — Early Access is sold cheaper at first, then the price is meant to rise.
2. Start on a map you recognise: a busy American city, Florida and its islands, or Egypt around Giza. Paris assets were still in the works in the second devlog.
3. Learn the eviction → suburbia loop: kick tenants from blocks you bought, then park them somewhere with huge driveways and no transit.
4. Keep one eye on protests before you pave the last park.
