Car Park Capital release date
Steam Early Access is set for 9 October 2026. No public price yet; the developer said the EA tag starts cheaper and rises later.
Hilko Janssen (Hilkojj Interactive) posted the date on Steam: Car Park Capital enters Early Access on 9 October 2026. MicroProse is the publisher. A release-date trailer went up with that news.
Treat the calendar day as Steam's listing. Storefront time zones can shift the local clock by a few hours. This page will be rewritten against the live store the morning after unlock.
What Early Access is supposed to include
From the same announcement, in the developer's words:
- The core of the game is already there after years of mostly solo work (the project is about four years old).
- You buy at a lower price; later buyers pay more as updates land. Future EA updates stay in that purchase.
- An Early Access roadmap was promised before launch. Direction can still change with player feedback.
- Playtesters and the developer's own vision led so far; EA is when players start steering.

A Gamescom Cologne hands-on was mentioned in that post for people already in Germany. It is not a Steam demo.
