Car Park Capital parking lots
Lots go on top of neighbourhoods. Evict, pave, then rehouse people in suburbia with huge driveways and no transit.

The joke is the job: you do not sprinkle a few bays behind a mall. You replace the neighbourhood with parking, then charge for the privilege.
Two shapes of lot
Steam's feature list names both:
- Endless flat seas of asphalt. Buy, demolish, paint.
- Build into the air with 3D construction tools — decks, ramps, the multi-level piles you see in the official screenshots.
There is no published stall-per-tile table. Anyone posting "best layout" before unlock is guessing.
Where the people go
Devlog 2 makes the loop explicit. Parking lots go on top of neighbourhoods. Evicted tenants need a new address. The intended answer is suburbia: no public transport, zero walkability, big driveways.
So a lot is never just a lot. Every deck you raise is also a reason to zone another cul-de-sac.
| Tool / idea | Official mention | Detail published? |
|---|---|---|
| Buy land / demolish homes | Steam features | Yes, as a feature, not as a cost |
| 3D construction | Steam features | Screenshots show stacked decks |
| Evict tenants | Devlog 2 | After you own the block |
| Suburban neighbourhoods | Devlog 2 | Designed to be unwalkable |
| Bridges / amphibious cars | Florida scenario notes | For island hopping |
Oil on the same map
Pumpjacks, refineries and gas stations sit in the same sandbox. Devlog 1 says you set up transport between them. That chain may later reuse itself for tyres or other goods — listed as a maybe, not a promise.
"So, where do we build parking lots? On top of neighborhoods. Where do the people go to live? Suburbia." — Devlog 2
