Car Park Capital beginner guide
Buy land, pave it, sell cars and fuel, then drown doubt in billboards before protesters block your drive-thrus.
Car Park Capital is not a traffic sim with a satire skin. You are the developer and the propagandist: the lots only print money if people still want to park in them.
The loop, in the developer's order
Devlog 1 and 2 plus the Steam feature list describe the same cycle:
- Acquire. Buy land. Demolish homes. The eviction tool clears apartment blocks you already own.
- Pave. Flat asphalt or 3D stacked decks. Hundreds of vehicles and (bald) citizens run in real time.
- Supply cars. Production chains feed "car vending machines" / car carousels. Banana cars, hippie vans, tricycle motorbikes, cabriolets and yank tanks are named in the MicroProse announcement.
- Supply fuel. Drill oil, truck it to a refinery, then to gas stations. Price the fuel so people stay in cars.
- Supply convenience. Drive-thrus are in. Extra types (safari, coffee, ATM, toilets) were ideas, not a locked list.
- Sell the dream. Statues, posters, megaphones. If traffic is a mess, a Ferris wheel for cars is the official distraction.
- Watch the Stat-o-matic. "A true tycoon loves watching numbers go up."
Happiness vs "walkism"
People will use trains and subways until you convince them to buy a car. If gas is expensive, stalls are short, or drive-thrus are blocked, they drift toward what the developer calls walkism / commuterism — ideologies spread by protesters.

Platforms and extras
Steam lists single-player, Steam Cloud, save anytime, custom volume, family sharing, and a level editor. Full audio is English only on the store page. Demo availability is not listed there.
